Characteristics:

Groove liners transform point contact of balls and liners to 120°curved contact which enlarges the grinding area; Shoes in groove liners enhance the grinding efficiency and reduce direct metal abrasion between balls and liners; Combination of activation liners, ring groove liners, spiral groove liners, cone liners and damming rings make balls positive graded and conform to the grinding process of materials; Liners can be fixed with bolts or inlayed when installed.Specific design can be made according to the collected process parameters in the mill questionnaire;Appropriate groove diameter, reasonable combination and arrangement of various structures, optimum parabola of the steel ball and proper classification of steel ball, all of these work together to maximize grinding efficiency.
